Bandera County FWSD 1 offers payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

At this time, the District is NOT set up to receive On Line payments from a customer's bank account.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. The office is once again open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday thorugh Friday. We do have a drop slot under the front porch light to the right of the door. When paying with CASH, it is advisable NOT to drop off the payment AFTER office hours.  

Payment by Credit Card

Customers who desire to have their monthly water charges paid by their credit card are instructed to provide the credit card information. The payment day is determined by the customer and the office assistant. There is currently a $3.00 credit card processing fee. Be advised that any and all credit card information is stored in a secure locked safe. If interestered in paying with your credit card, call the office.
