At Bandera County FWSD 1, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community at the most reasonable rates, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. 

Bill Payment Options

We accept checks, cash and/or money orders. Beginning July 1, 2025, the district will no longer process credit card payments in the office or over the phone.  If the customer wants to continue to pay with credit card, at this time type in the address bar this link https://banderaco.epayub.com to either establish the customer web portal or select Quickpay. For more information, call the water district office, Monday-Friday, 9am to 1pm. 210-612-0889.

2023 Stage 4 Drought Rates Effective January 28, 2023

The District is entering into a new year with ongoing critical drought conditions. In order for the Water District to meet its own financial obligations and to keep water consumption at a manageable usage while ensuring that each customer receives safe drinkable water for health and fire protection, the Board of Directors voted on January 12, 2023 to remain in Stage 4 water restrictions with certain updates and to introduce the State 4 Drought Rates for 2023 effective January 28, 2023.

Be aware that the new rates that became effective on January 28th will appear on the water billing statement dated March 1, 2023. The new rates will begin to be computed for the Jauary 28th to February 28th...
